Good location, but some quirks

We stayed for 4 nights, and the location was super convenient! Close to the Galleria and some yummy places to eat. The rooms are spacious, and my kiddo loved the breakfast—especially the biscuits and gravy! Just a heads up, we heard city noise all night, and the cleaning service didn't do a great job when we called. 🤷‍♂️

Spacious King Suite was a plus, and the breakfast impressed with tasty biscuits and gravy. However, the room felt outdated, and I noticed a lack of USB charging ports. There were also cleanliness issues with the initial room, and the sofa bed was too worn out to use comfortably. On top of that, having the housekeeper enter without knocking was quite startling.
